Owning Cows to Require Federal License
In the future, it may be necessary to have a federal license to own a cow. The reason for that is cow manure is very hot; and when stored, potentially explosive ;or, a fire hazard. Cow manure may cause burns to many people if touched.
Cow manure spontaneous ignitions are very common.
